Re-Design

We conducted several meetings with the Senior Vice President of Investments to discuss redesign and mobile functionality. This chosen site layout reflected a clean, modern business style while providing much needed property information for potential buyers and sellers. Our focus was to make sure that the client could maintain listings, categories, images, and financial documentation in order to provide up-to-date information to the end user. The end result is a highly functional website that promotes listings 24/7/365 and adds value to the client’s overall marketing strategy.

After 1-3 months, we provide an initial complementary review of the website to see where areas of improvement can be made. Reviewed items include Page Views, Sessions, Users, Bounce Rates, Engagement, and Behavior Flow.
